As the primary beneficiary of two All-Star Classic Weekends, The Gary Payton Foundation has contributed $200,000 to the Odessa Brown Children's Clinic. This significant financial contribution helped the clinic open its doors on Saturdays to provide quality medical care to hundreds of families, which helped reduce parents' time away from work and chilren's absences from school, increased access to medical services for many kids and offered families the chance to take advantage of the clinic's preventative health education services.
Funding also contributed to the development of the clinic's new ADHD program.

The nation's oldest and most successful minority higher-education assistance organization, the UNCF's mission is to enhance the quality of education by raising operation funds for member colleges and universities, providing financial assistance to deserving students, and supplying technical assistance to member institutions.
The Gary Payton Foundation established an endowed scholarship to assist a student from Washington who otherwise would not have been able to attend college.

Big Brothers & Big Sisters is a mentorship program that helps to eradicate serious emotional problems in youth by establishing positive adult role models. This non-profit agency is dedicated to developing one-on-one friendships between volunteers and children from single-parent families.
For three years in a row, The Gary Payton Foundation donated a significant portion of funds raised at the All-Star Classic to Big Brothers & Big Sisters.
